Deadfall is an exciting, futuristic thriller that takes the reader into a pulse-pounding fight for life in the far north of Canada. The setting changes from peaceful meadow hunting grounds, to small town Canada, to former uranium mine, to cabin by a recent forest burn and the changing weather serve up additional environmental challenges and aids.
